Worldwide FAST for Juju!

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!" ~ Phillipians 4:13

Wednesday we will be fasting and praying for a Miracle healing for Julian! Fasting may not be safe for everyone so, please use your best judgement. You can fast a meal, the TV, your cell phone, whatever would be a sacrifice.

I BELIEVE we can, through the power of Christ, see a Christmas miracle for this little angel!

Post your prayers tomorrow as we all come together to fast and pray!

I just read this on a website and had to share...
"Only someone facing or sharing a serious sickness, pain or tragedy knows how hard it is. They know how hard it is to cope with the fear and uncertainty. They know how absurd it sounds when someone first tells them to "keep a positive attitude". They know how terrifying it is when the doubt comes. They know how hard it is to throw a mountain into the sea. But remember what Jesus told us in Matthew 17:19-20 when he said "I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, `Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." Faith as small as a mustard seed sounds a little like hope to me, and that's a good start."

Your faith in God has revived my own. I find that I forget to praise God during the good times, and only remember to call on him during the bad times. My thoughts and continual prayers are with you and your family. I hope your holiday season brings you a miracle.

P.S My $30 from paypal isn't much, but I know every little bit counts.

Romans 5:3

We rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.

This is the verse I recited while my husband (boyfriend at the time) fought ALL for 18 months and the verse I recite to myself everytime my mother (30 year breast cancer survivor) goes for a check-up.

One must never give up hope! I will continue to hope and pray for a peaceful result for Julian and family.

Thank you for your posts and constant fight and courage.

I think it is important to remember that doctors are not prophets. Whenever they give the prognosis, this is their best guess. The guess could be based on years of experience and education, but nevertheless, it is still a guess. Also, children had shown tremendous resilience time and again. Children's brains have an amazing ability to adapt and change, and many times they have shown tremendous improvements when their doctors have long given up any hope. God is the ultimate healer, and our prayers make a difference.

My thoughts are with Julian and his family.

I wrote to you a couple days ago about one of my youth "kids" Samantha Pinder (and how she & her dad wrote a book) Anyways, I was able to take a couple copies to Cooks Childrens Hospital in Fort Worth. Was not able to to see Julian, but hopefully the hospital staff will be able to get his presents to him & the family.

Samantha is excited about hopefully getting a chance to meet the little man when she is here in 2 weeks for christmas vacation.

You have written about how without the internet you, dawn & mimi would never have known each other. Its true, the internet has been a tool to draw countless numbers together. But the truth of it is this, We have a mighty God. He holds us in the palm of His hand. He knws us each by name. It is HE who calls us to walk together, to lift each other up & hold high each others hands when we feel as if we can no longer win the battle on our own.

i am honored to be counted as one who gets to hold up the arms of a lil King Julian.
