The following pictures were taken upon leaving the house right after the storm. Our house is still standing but we lost a bunch of trees and our playset was hurled from the back yard ----> to the front yard ----> and across the street.
My thanks be to God for keeping me and my babies safe!
This was the only piece of our playset left after debris was removed from our property.
It will be a part of our house for as long as we live here!

I don't wish a tornado on my worst enemy! I am so sorry about the damage you have, but yes, God had his hand on your house and family.
We get them in St. Louis, too, but so far we have been spared.
Looks like the kids have a great attitude!

So glad you are all safe and it was just material damage and not human! That storm was wicked.
Glad you're all safe! While lightning and thunder don't bother me, I have a very healthy respect for wind and the damage it can do.
